O.C.E.A.N NGO is a non-profit founded organization by a group of versatile people, coming from various educational backgrounds (such as engineering, exact sciences, psychology, arts, law, school teaching, special educators, economist, career counselling and guidance) and it is oriented to provide a wide range of support services. O.C.E.A.N NGO is focused on providing educational and counseling services to groups, institutions, organizations and individuals who are involved in the field of education throughout Greece, both at a regional, national and international level, as well as on supporting and disseminating innovative activities in education (intercultural education, cultural awareness and expression, sustainable development, environmental and climate change education, lifelong learning, informal and non-formal education, mediation, vocational guidance, embodied learning, didactics of exact sciences etc.). O.C.E.A.N NGO deals with creating support structures in advisory networks for all non-profit organizations that need technical support and synergies, in order to formulate and implement plans and programs. It also deals with the creation of databases and accumulation of project management knowledge, in order to share that knowledge on issues that the Non-Profit Organizations face when dealing with psychological and moral support of vulnerable groups. Finally, it intends to provide the necessary and vital underlay for groups of young people that are engaged and involved in arts (mostly actors and musicians) so that they can produce novel and entrepreneurial ideas which can be implemented in education, counselling, analytic psychotherapy and so on.
